Product Description

This Kit is based on the magnetic bead method. Its basic principle is the performance of magnetic beads adsorbing nucleic acid in high salt and low pH solution and releasing nucleic acid from the surface in low salt solution. The kit can lyse cells and dissociate nucleic acids through surfactants and strong ionic agents; The coupling groups on the surface of magnetic beads have specific adsorption with nucleic acid; Then, proteins, inorganic salt ions and many organic impurities are removed by rinsing solution; Finally, the pure nucleic acid is eluted by eluent.

Experimental parameters

· Application: early diagnosis, prognosis evaluation and recurrence detection of tumor; Prenatal diagnosis of fetus; Immune disease analysis, etc

· Sample type: body fluid samples from different sources (serum and plasma);

· Initial sample volume: 0.6ml-1.2ml sample volume;

· Required instruments:A centrifuge suitable for 2ml centrifuge tubes (up to 10000 rpm or more);

                     Magnetic frame, vertical mixer, thermostatic metal bath, low-speed centrifuge;

· Reagents required: absolute ethanol (AR grade), isopropanol (AR grade);

· Consumables required: 1.5ml centrifugal pipe, 2ml centrifugal pipe and 15ml centrifugal pipe;
